House Extension with Complex Roofing

For some extensions the roofing work requires a more specialised approach. This requires a hand built roof rather than mass produced joists. Our tradesmen as you can see from the following pictures are experts in this. It's very important to marry the new roof and the existing roof in the most sympathetic way possible. It's always important to get the roof back on and weathered as soon as possible so timing is an important part and something we are well aware of and a balance of speed and accuracy is important.

This extension is a good example - the brief was to add a significant two storey build - to become a large family room on ground floor and a bedrooms with en-suite, above.
